REGISTRATION:
Due to limited capacity, each year some children are disappointed by not getting into camp, so it is advisable to register early. Camp registration is considered on an individual child basis only. Each child in the family must have his or her own separate registration form and each form is processed in the order in which it is received at Kids Klub together with the appropriate payment or deposit. (You may make a photocopy of our original registration form or call Kids Klub for additional forms.) Please help us by filling out the registration form completely. Incomplete forms will delay registration. If there is no space available at the time the registration form is received, the parent will be advised and the child will automatically be placed on the waiting list. (Waiting list procedures explained below.)
To reserve space: complete and sign one registration form for each child and return it to Kids Klub along with a deposit of $200.00 ($235.00 per child for new Kids Klub members)

A 10% sibling discount applies to each child and can be combined with the Early Bird Discounts but total discounts cannot exceed 20%.
Your child will not be allowed to attend Summer Camp if your dues have not been paid - NO EXCEPTIONS.

After June 14th, there are NO REFUNDS with one exception: if the child cannot attend camp because of an extended illness or accident. Kids Klub will share the total loss in dues with the parents by assuming one-half (l/2) of it in the form of credit on the account or cash, to be left to the discretion of the management. Proof of illness by written statement of a licensed physician is required for any type of credit offered by camp.
